These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the iDMS document-processing service provided by mory AG. By using the service you agree to these terms. This text is a draft pending legal review.

The service

iDMS ingests the documents you upload and uses AI to classify them and extract structured metadata, made available through the dashboard, a REST API and webhooks. We may improve or change features over time and will not materially reduce core functionality without notice.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account, your users and the security of your API keys and credentials. Keep API keys secret; you are responsible for activity carried out with your keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (your content). You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of, sell, or use your content for any purpose other than providing the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, attempt to breach security or rate limits, or interfere with the operation of the service. AI-extracted results are provided for convenience and should be reviewed before being relied upon for legally or financially significant decisions.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed otherwise in writing. 【Specify any service-level and support terms】.

Liability

Term and termination
